BLOOMINGTON, IN, January 3, 2011 – Envisage Technologies, a Bloomington, Indiana-based high-technology firm, announced today that Brian R. Beckwith has joined their management team as Vice President of Strategic Relations.

Mr. Beckwith comes to Envisage with over 30 years of military, local and federal law enforcement experience. During his career, he served as the Deputy Director of the U. S. Marshals Service (USMS), Assistant Director with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Washington, DC, and Assistant Director for Training for the USMS, along with numerous other senior leadership positions within law enforcement.

Mr. Beckwith has been on the front lines in responding to major events of national significance, including the Centennial Park bombing at the 1996 Olympics, the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York City and Washington, DC and the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. He understands the requirements for training, readiness measurement and response to emergency events.

Mr. Beckwith will focus on continuing to enhance the Company’s visionary position with Federal, State, and Local Government customers. His primary role will be to create and nurture strategic partnerships with customers and forge strategic industry alliances. Mr. Beckwith will maintain an office in the National Capital area and will increase Envisage’s presence there.
