Senior Project Manager

 The Project Manager is responsible for developing detailed project plans and tracking progress across all new customer implementations. You will work cross-functionally with sales and implementation teams to ensure deliverables are being met in a timely and efficient manner. You will also help to create project documentation such as business requirements, project timelines, and work product validation.


  • Support internal resources and external stakeholders for flawless project execution in terms of timing, resource utilization and client satisfaction.  
  • In collaboration with Software Project Consultants, ensure projects  are delivered on time, within the scope of agreements and within budget
  • Track project progression and report status to internal team members and leadership as well as external stakeholders  
  • Develop, review and/or approve project requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage resource forecast, availability, capacity plan and project allocation
  • Create, maintain and update detailed project plans to track progress
  • Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate project issues and risks to internal leadership and external stakeholders as needed  
  • Develop project management processes and tools that automate and streamline workflows and support consistent, high-quality delivery of services to our customers
  • In cooperation with the project team, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to include  contract deliverables , implementation plans, business requirements documentation, test scripts, work product validation and project artifacts, as needed
  • Train and mentor Software Project Consultants to enhance overall project management skills; and provide onboarding and enablement support to the team

  • 5+ Project Management experience
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Project software
  • Enterprise-class software implementation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 20+ projects with accurate and timely project documentation and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Experience with automation in a SaaS or Professional Services setting
  • PMP or PgMP certification not required but highly preferred  
  • Local or Regionally located to Bloomington/Indianapolis area
