Cloud Infrastructure Manager


In this pivotal role, the Cloud Infrastructure Manager oversees a team whose mission is to provide our clients with successful application implementations, upgrades and uptime. Provide the company cloud expertise to design, implement and operate cloud/SaaS solutions that propel the business and drive innovation. The role requires a security focus with compliance requirements. Serves as a trusted advisor to our leadership and clients’ leadership concerning development, maintenance and implementation of enterprise-level cloud applications. A strategic collaborator with sales, marketing, development, quality assurance, security, and compliance.


  • Be responsible for the daily change procedures related to production infrastructure
  • Manage and provide feedback to cloud infrastructure team
  • Lead cross-functional change control boards to evaluate proposed changes
  • Coordinate the prioritization of work demands among a highly skilled team
  • Maintain all cloud security and FedRAMP compliance, to include process documentation
  • Lead our audit to verify compliance
  • Review costs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Guide the advancement of DevOps and infrastructure automation tooling
  • Contribute in the design of highly scalable cloud architectures that address customer needs and accelerate adoption
  • Participate in architecture reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products
  • Support troubleshooting technical issues with our hosting partners, customers, development and cloud infrastructure team
  • Manage vendors for cloud and internal infrastructure
  • Collaborate with other Envisage departments to ensure the highest-quality services are being produced and the client needs are being accomplished
  • Support a metrics-driven culture and software delivery process with inputs from the technical team
  • Serve as Incident Command in a technical crisis; Lead planning, execution and adoption of lessons learned

  • 10+ years of Enterprise-level infrastructure experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with in a SaaS software company running DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud operations
  • Strong experience with creating the security architecture using AWS
  • Ability to develop, write, interpret, and execute software configuration management plans and procedures; perform software builds; and audit software engineering inputs
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance
  • Must have AWS Associate level certification; Professional level and Specialties of Advanced Networking and Security preferred
