ENVISAGE has spent over ten years researching operational bottlenecks in training provision and developing software aimed at alleviating training constraints.

Our software embodies the experience gained in working closely with both DOD and DHS training commands on enterprise training management, complex scheduling, and resource optimization requirements. We have consistently found that the most significant barrier to establishing seamless, integrated training operations across the enterprise is often an inability to effectively interface the various stand-alone systems that were created to address individual needs or only a limited subset of the training lifecycle requirements. The pervasive problem is that these systems were never designed to interoperate and coexist within a training ecosystem in which a single repository of data is shared and repurposed throughout the enterprise. The Acadis Readiness Suite is designed to address this specific challenge and the emerging requirements of training transformation.

Acadis is a blended training management system (BTMS) designed to manage all aspects of resident and non-resident lifelong learning, from basic training throughout the career of the soldier or officer. This holistic system philosophy results in data that is standardized and can be easily repurposed in other existing systems.

The modern architecture of the Acadis enterprise platform allows training commands to methodically transform training by implementing one or any number of seamlessly integrated modules without having to make an all or nothing deployment decision. This provides appreciable flexibility regarding deployment timing and scope and the ability to easily integrate Acadis into almost any existing (legacy) system landscape of stand-alone tools.
