Our Software Assurance plan is designed to keep you current with Acadis as we continue to develop our solution over time, with new features and new technologies. It is comparable to "Operations and Maintenance" agreements in many software projects.

The intent of the Software Assurance program is to keep your Acadis modules up-to-date. We constantly evolve the product based on user needs and technological innovation with the most current version of Acadis and any new changes in technology, rather than having to purchase a new version every four to five years. The program provides for the installation of upgrades to Acadis modules you have purchased, fix all identified bugs in the code, and modify the database accordingly, per your approval.

This reduces the cost of purchasing an upgrade in the future, as well as reduces the complications of full data conversions.
