Acadis Registration focuses on the start of the training lifecycle and facilitates capacity planning by automating and streamlining core registrar functions fortraining organizations. This module works seamlessly with the training management and class scheduling capabilities of Acadis, allowing users to easily manage the training from registration through graduation.

The Acadis Registration module expedites the conventional management of student registration. The current paper-based, one-off process lacks enterprise visibility and meaningful integration with the training management system. Registrations can now be integrated with training and housing capacity, as well as student preferences and requirements.

Designed specifically for the Law Enforcement, Military, and Homeland Security communities, Acadis Registration uses an intuitive web interface to manage student registrations and enrollments into classes. It allows user customization for capturing specific student information requirements by program, including prerequisites, uniform sizes, medical information, ADA requirements, housing requirements, and other preferences. Students can be enrolled in existing classes or can be placed on real-time waitlists for training programs, ensuring easy access to accurate class fill-rate information. Projected over-bookings are flagged and can be quickly resolved. Acadis Registration templates simplify setting up new class registrations, as all business rules for a program can be saved and reused.
