Bloomington, IN - December 14, 2005 - ENVISAGE Technologies announced that it has been included in a new $483M contract awarded by the United States Army's Distributed Learning, Education and Training Products (DLETP) program to support and maintain high-quality training for all Army troops worldwide. ENVISAGE is the leader in technologies for training automation, human performance improvement, and complex logistics scheduling and optimization for law enforcement, homeland security, and the armed forces.

Under the contract, ENVISAGE will join a team of innovative product and service providers assembled by Karta Technologies, Inc., the largest privately-held defense contractor, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. This team will provide distance learning to U.S. troops to meet the constantly changing needs of the Army and the Nation while at war. The DLETP contract provides the ENVISAGE Acadis Readiness Suite to the Army to drive a wide variety of solutions designed to get the right training to the right troops at the right time, regardless of their geographic locations. Acadis includes robust functionality for personnel, resource, and curriculum management, as part of a suite of integrated modules - as well as the OnSchedule Class scheduling and optimization engine.
