ENVISAGE Awarded U.S. General Services Administration Contract

Bloomington, IN - October 24th , 2002 - ENVISAGE, a Bloomington, Indiana based technology firm announces it has been awarded a U.S. General Services Administration Contract. After 6 months of negotiation and due diligence by the Federal Government, ENVISAGE is now in a position to act as a Prime Government Contractor for any U.S. Federal Agency.

"I am extremely pleased with the high marks we received during the due diligence process." stated Kevin Triplehorn, ENVISAGE's CEO "We came in above the 90th percentile for quality and customer service, this is a testament to the dedication of the ENVISAGE team."

"After recently announcing the launch of Acadis™ the Academy Administration Information System, this award could not be more timely as many Law Enforcement Academies have show interest in our platform but needed a way to contract with us" said Ari Vidali, ENVISAGE Chairman. "We now have a vehicle to provide superior technology and world-class customer service to numerous Federal Agencies that have requested our services."

Designed to streamline the acquisition process, the GSA was established by the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act, which was signed into law by President Harry Truman in 1949. The creation of the agency was based on recommendations made by the Hoover Commission (chaired by former President Herbert Hoover), which was tasked with examining ways to improve the administrative services of the federal government. Today, GSA acts as a catalyst for nearly $66 billion in federal spending—more than one fourth of government's total procurement dollars.
