ENVISAGE Receives $1.6 Million DHS Task Order






Bloomington, IN – August 15, 2007 – ENVISAGE Technologies announced today that it has received a $1.6 million task order for Academy Class Management System (ACMS) enhancement, implementation and support. The task order covers a full year of operations and maintenance support and includes specific tasking to assist CBP in deploying ACMS enterprise software at additional residential law enforcement academies throughout the Agency.

The task order calls for ENVISAGE to continue operations and maintenance for ACMS at law enforcement academies supporting the Border Patrol, Field Operations and Advanced Training. In addition numerous specialized residential training facilities across the country are being targeted for training system modernization utilizing the ACMS.

The ACMS system is the result of a multi-year joint collaboration between three (3) DHS agencies (CBP, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Citizenship and Immigration Services) who work closely together to define standard approaches best practices for law enforcement academy automation and training recordation.
