David Haeberle joins the ENVISAGE management team as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer






Bloomington, IN - October 20th, 2003 - ENVISAGE, A Bloomington, Indiana based high technology firm today announced that David Haeberle has joined the ENVISAGE management team as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Haeberle will immediately be responsible for the financial affairs of ENVISAGE including strategic planning and business development.

Haeberle has significant financial and operating experience and currently also serves as President and CEO of COMMAND Equity Group, a $10 million venture capital management firm which he co-founded in 1998. "David has incredible experience in setting up financial operating systems for rapidly evolving technology companies and has demonstrated his savvy in the institutional fund raising process. His proven ability to create a high-growth environment will be a vital ingredient of ENVISAGE’s overall strategy." stated Ari Vidali, ENVISAGE's Chairman, "David joining our management team is an important step in the right direction for our business."

In addition to operating as a venture capital investor in start-up technology companies, Haeberle's experience also includes being Director and Executive Vice President of Cambridge Aircraft Leasing, Inc. and successfully operating as an entrepreneur at ECOMED, Inc. where he helped raise $3.4 million in private equity for a start-up medical waste treatment company as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development. David also served as Division Controller of MiniScribe Corporation in the late 1980s immediately after completing graduate school in 1986.

Haeberle, completed his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in 1983, and later completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Masters of Business Administration from that same university. He also holds a Clinical Assistant Professor appointment with the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
