The Acadis Training Management System allows you to track training events, qualifications, certifications and employment history to accurately maintain current status and historical data for all personnel. You'll increase the accuracy and efficiency of your organization's training processes to ensure your workforce is prepared.
Detailed curricula, tests (including written, observed, and pass/fail tests, firearms, and physical activity evaluations), grades (including importing of bubble sheet scores) and rosters are easily managed and linked to the person record for increased depth of data.
The optional Acadis Document Management module enables your training organization to upload, store and retrieve official documents, including certificates, counseling forms, lesson plans and teaching guides. Acadis maintains a historical record of documents and associates them with individuals and classes to meet federal and state compliance and accreditation requirements and improve litigation support.
