The Acadis Portal Framework provides a Web-based architecture for your training organization to publish information to and collect data from agencies and field offices. You'll maintain a critical view to accurate, comprehensive and legally defensible training records.
In-Service Portal
Capture and compile training and recertification information from affiliate organizations. Submit detailed training events, append personnel rosters and track attendance as part of each student's lifelong learning record. This significantly reduces paper reporting and duplicative data entry, as well as increasing accuracy of training records.
Workforce Portal
Allow authorized designees from agencies, field offices and organizations secure access to their employee data, including contact information, certification status, expirations and training records. This provides your constituent agencies with access to authoritative information on their staff and the ability to ensure personnel information is comprehensive and accurate, while reducing data entry.
Online Registration
Empower personnel and designated training coordinators to view available training events, location and dates and register to attend them. The online registration tool integrates with the Acadis Registration module to provide a course catalog with prerequisites, calculate available seats and add students to waitlists.
Instructor Scheduling
Provide training staff access to view their training calendars, report (un)availability and immediately notify academy staff of scheduling conflicts.
Person Portal
Allow personnel to review their own contact information, training history, qualifications and certifications and flag certifications that are out of status or about to expire, giving personnel the ability to manage their career.
